The Why Behind Dr. Trin's Leadership Development Mission:

As a former RN Manager of critical care departments, I know how it feels to seek after such tools that would help me expand my leadership prowess and efficiency in guiding my team. I searched for tools and insights that could easily and quickly be implemented with positive results and a visible return on my investment. There were few to be found; therefore, I devised and plan, did the research, and developed some myself!

After being in healthcare, higher education, business management and other aspects of leadership for more than 30 years, I know the challenges and the hurdles that leaders encounter when attempting to successfully and efficiently lead teams while keeping themselves engaged. My experience has allowed me gain insights that have prepared me to successfully mentor, coach, and consult for businesses that need to develop the knowledge and best practices that I acquired throughout my career. Our Thrive at Leadership (TAL) program is designed to give your leaders the tools and guidance necessary to help propel them and your organization forward by preparing leaders to face challenges that typical organizational onboarding, yearly leadership modules, and leadership development courses may not address. Topics such as the following are of the essence and utmost importance for organizations' leaders, yet they are often not offered. Each TAL cohort will run for 12-months (3-4 hour session/month) including the core curriculum, 1:1 and group coaching sessions with TRImani's Executive Coach, and the graduation/certificate ceremony at the end of the program. In addition, each member of the cohort will receive the TAL Successful Outcomes Workbook and will have access to TRImani Consulting's executive coaches and leadership strategy consultants as needed to get on-the-spot coaching and guidance on issues that present outside of the scheduled cohort and coaching meeting sessions.
